To ensure delivery in time for St. Patrick's Day please place any orders before 3pm Wednesday 15th for delivery on Thursday 16th.
Order placed on Thursday 16th will be shipped the following week.
Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland Via Fastwasy or An Post
Free Next Day Delivery
Orders placed in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are Free delivery and will be dispatched for delivery on the same day. Orders received before 3pm Monday to Thursday, with a delivery address in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, should be received by the customer within 24 hours. Orders received after 3pm will be shipped next day for delivery the following day unless shipping day is a Friday. Deliveries can take sometimes up to 2 days within Ireland.
Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday morning, excluding bank holidays, for delivery on a Tuesday.
Every effort is made on our behalf to fulfill your order and ensure next day delivery where appropriate. From time to time in a small minority of cases deliveries may not arrive next day for reasons beyond our control.
We always raise any delivery issues with our courier partners on your behalf and do our utmost to have any issues resolved as soon as possible.
Any item(s) undelivered by our courier partners must be received back in order for us to issue a refund or resend the item (s). If an item(s) is lost during the delivery process then refunds can only be issued once the case is closed with our delivery partners.
Mainland UK Via Fastwasy or An Post
Orders placed in the UK, mainland only, will be delivered Free if the value of the order is over €50. Any orders below €50 are subject to a €10 delivery charge. All orders received before 3pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched same day. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday morning or Tuesday if on a bank holiday.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as we cannot redirect items once dispatched. For security purposes we may need to contact card providers to confirm your details.
During periods of sale some delays can occur or some items may be out of stock. Every effort is made to limit these occurrences.
EJ Menswear is happy to return any item you purchase from our site within 14 calendar days of receiving it. During this period you can return the item for any reason. If you return any item because of change of mind you will have to pay the cost of returning it. There will be no charge for returning an item that is faulty. All items however will be checked before shipping to ensure they are as described and are free from damage or faults. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Exceptions: In the interest of health & safety we cannot accept returns of:
- Underwear once the original sealed packaging and tags have been opened or removed.
- Fragrance cannot be returned once original sealed packaging/tags have been removed.
- Hats unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged unless faulty.
How can I return items?
If you have purchased from our online site you can make a return in – store, via An Post or through a parcel or courier service, our preferred carrier is Fastway. You must have your order number. If you purchased an item in store you can only return the item back to the store.
Returning items in –store
You are able to return any item you purchased in –store immediately provided you have your dispatch note and goods for return are in a resalable condition, unopened with tags and undamaged. Our store assistants will refund your original payment card or help you find an alternative. Refunds to cards can take 3 -5 working days to process and are the responsibility of your card provider. If you do not have your original payment with you and still wish to make a return, an EJ Menswear gift voucher will be offered to you.
Returning items by post
A returns form will be enclosed with your order. Simply complete your returns form and enclose it with your repackaged items and return it to Ej Menswear Online, 11 Grattan Street, Sligo, Co. Sligo, R.O.I.
Returning items by courier/parcel services
A returns form will be enclosed with your order. Simply complete your returns form and enclose it with your repackaged items. Arrange for your desired courier service to collect your item and arrange to have sent to Ej Menswear Online, 11 Grattan Street, Sligo, Co. Sligo, R.O.I.

Gift cards purchased from ej menswear or ejmenswear.com are not available for Free Next Day Delivery via courier unless purchased with another item from ejmenswear or ejmenswear.com.
Gift cards will sent via An Post by standard postage and are not guaranteed to be delivered next day.
